Our proposal for a memorable culinary journey of Granada

Delia's Moorish menu, a culinary journey in Granada

Discover the Moorish influence on Granada’s cuisine

Moorish tradition in general and Nasrid reminiscences in particular can be found throughout the city of Granada. Those sweet and spicy aromas that flood the Albaicín, the colourful local shops, vibrant streets full of light and life, the incontestable splendour of the Alhambra….. This cultural wealth is undoubtedly part of Granada’s charm. And also of its gastronomy.

Because Moorish flavours have also found their way into the kitchens of the people of Granada. Such is the case of Delia, whose family recipes have inherited those deliciously Moorish nuances. A heavenly taste of local olives with cheese, a refreshing fruit salad, chicken prepared following the Nasrid style and a traditional torrija as the icing of the cake. Mouth-watering!
