Hello! My name is Ángeles (Angie) and I am an Andalusian living in Asturias for the last three years. I love nature and cooking (my great passion). I come from the world of hospitality and have worked in the kitchen for years. Now, retired in my paradise, I dedicate myself to my vegetable garden and to getting to know this wonderful environment. My house in Anayo, Asturias, offers stunning views of the Picos de Europa and Sierra del Sueve. Enjoy Asturian meadows and cows, then relax at my table to savor the finest Asturian cuisine. Situated in front of the Cantabrian Mountains with spectacular views of the Picos de Europa, Sierra del Sueve and Redes Natural Park. Surrounded by meadows where you can see the typical Asturian cow grazing in its habitat. The beauty of the surroundings is special and I invite you to walk around my village and then relax at my table and taste the most typical dishes of Asturian cuisine.

My name is Angie and I am Andalusian and have been living in Asturias for 3 years, a lover of nature and cooking, my great passion. You will enjoy this experience in a large living room with a rustic style fireplace, or on a large terrace with wonderful views and surrounded by trees. For this unique experience I have prepared all the most typical flavour of the Asturian land: a variety of Asturian cheeses, as a main course a cachopo of Asturian veal with potatoes and padron peppers and what better than a traditional Spanish recipe for dessert: rice pudding. Cachopo is a dish characteristic of the gastronomy of Asturias in Spain. It consists of two large fillets of veal, between which are sandwiched slices of Serrano ham and cheese.
