As a cooking professional, I wanted to recover those flavors and scents that remind me of my childhood, of my mother's kitchen. Flavors and scents that are only appreciated at home and fade away in restaurants. That's the experience I want you to have. We'll start with a traditional salmorejo with rustic bread. Next, we have Pil-Pil prawns with a special twist that my mother used to add. The main course is a rustic rice with free-range chicken and seasonal vegetables from the Guadalhorce Valley.
