I consider myself a great hostess and will be delighted to share stories and anecdotes about Madrid, as well as hidden places to visit that only native Madrileños know. The menu I've prepared for you is filled with typical Spanish dishes, especially those from Madrid. To start, there's nothing better than some typical Gildas as an appetizer to make you feel like a true local, along with a plate of exquisite Russian salad. I've selected a traditional ratatouille with eggs as the starter. The main course for this experience will be a recipe passed down from my father: marinated bird.
