My name is Josefina. I was born in Cazorla (Jaén), but I am Granadina by adoption. I have had a passion for cooking since I was a girl. I used to watch my mother when she prepared delicious recipes from my land, which made me want to learn the art of cooking. I have devoted my life to the catering business, particularly in serving, but I have always dedicated part of my free time to creating fine cuisine.

Enjoy an authentic Andalusian dining experience in a Granada home. Savor traditional flavors with spinach and salmon montaditos and other Spanish dishes, prepared by me. I will welcome you at home with an exquisite traditional cazorleño menu. I offer an experience with the flavours of my land, based on spinach and salmon montaditos as an appetizer, accompanied by the typical "Rin Ran cazorleño" and a wonderful "pastela moruna". We will finish by sweetening our palate with a homemade dessert with a lot of tradition: sweet porridge. All drinks included.

A typical dish from the Sierra de Cazorla with a long tradition. Very common in rural areas, it is a recipe used by farm labourers for its high nutritional value.

Potato, leek, dried red pepper, cod, olives, hard-boiled egg, salt and extra virgin olive oil dressing.

Moorish pastry

Delicious puff pastry filled with meat that mixes sweet and savoury with the scent of cinnamon.

Puff pastry (flour, fat, water and salt), chicken, leek, muscatel wine, nuts (dates, sultanas, almonds, pine nuts). Curry, cinnamon, icing sugar, extra virgin olive oil.
