Dine in a historic Málaga residence: Paella, ajoblanco, and local delights

Experience authentic Andalusian cuisine in a 19th-century stately residence near Málaga with traditional dishes like Ajoblanco and paella in a beautiful setting just minutes from the sea and city center. As a true a woman form Malaga, born and established in this house for many years, the menu I offer is steeped in tradition, always using the most natural and local ingredients from the area. You can choose whether you'd like to savor it in a beautiful dining room with echoes of the grand houses of the past century or surrounded by greenery in one of the courtyards on the estate. We'll start with an appetizer featuring local cheeses, avocados from the Axarquía region, and Serrano ham. For the first course, we'll serve a refreshing cold soup known as Ajo Blanco. The main course will be a delicious paella with a choice of meat and chorizo or vegetables, and to finish, a homemade sweet delight: flan. * Drink included
