Welcome to our stone house in Rosell (Castellón) Here you can breathe tranquillity and peace. We invite you to enjoy a traditional menu with the best views in our stone house. We have prepared a simple menu that we are sure you will enjoy from the first moment. Start this unique experience with an assortment of appetizers: Potato chips fried in extra virgin olive oil, Olives, Almonds, Serrano ham from the region of the Maestrazgo and Assortment of cheeses from Castellón. As a starter, very typical Spanish dishes: Salmorejo, Remojón, Potatoes dressed with melva and Croquetas. As a main course a sea and mountain paella accompanied by my famous sangria (you won't be able to drink just one glass!). We will finish the experience with something refreshing: Mango sorbet on greek yoghurt.

The Serrano ham comes from one of the most beautiful villages in the Sierra Nevada National Park: Trevélez.

Salmorejo, Remojón granadino and Potatoes seasoned with mackerel

Salmorejo is a typical Cordovan cream with a tomato base. The remojón granadino is a sweet and sour salad with fish and fruit.
