Mariló

My name is Mariló, and I’m from Granada, but life has led me to spend time in other wonderful cities such as Paris. I have loved cooking since I was little. In fact, I used to follow my grandmother around the kitchen to learn her recipes and note them down in my recipe book. It is a pleasure for me to invite guests into my home. I love to be in good company and enjoy interesting conversations over a good meal!

It is my pleasure to invite you to my home. I love to be in good company and enjoy interesting conversations over a good meal. You'll start with traditional Loja olives, artichokes with anchovies and delicious white asparagus with mayonnaise. The second course is a curious recipe from my family: tuna meatball soup. Next, a traditional ratatouille with fried eggs and potatoes. Finally, dessert: a fruit salad with cocoa truffles. All drinks included.

Meatballs: tuna, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt, beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Soup: water, stock cube and mayonnaise made with milk, oil, lemon and salt.

Traditional ratatouille made with fresh vegetables and accompanied by fried potatoes and egg.
