Mila

Hello! I'm a cooking enthusiast with a long history in the Spanish gastronomic scene. My training at Cordon Bleu and my experience as a cooking teacher have enriched my journey. My recipes are the result of years of exploring flavors and aromas, influenced by my experiences in Madrid, Marbella, and Sevilla for over 50 years. In addition to my teaching work, I've contributed to magazines like Mia and Marie Claire, and I've managed a prominent restaurant in Madrid. I'm thrilled to share my passion for cooking with you in this culinary experience that you will always remember.

Authentic Spanish Cuisine in the House of a Spanish Bullfighter near Santiago Bernabeu

Experience Andalusian and Spanish dishes like salmorejo and pork cheeks in a beautiful home in Madrid's Chamartin, near Santiago Bernabeu. This is a slightly international house, as it is a married couple formed by a Sevillian and myself, who have lived in Spain for more than 50 years. I consider myself a passionate cook and my recipes are the result of many years of learning homemade recipes, travelling the world and mixing flavours, aromas and places. I have prepared for this experience a traditional menu but with my personal touch. As a starter you will taste the famous Manchego cheese with dates and a glass of wine. We will start with a delicious salmorejo (tomato cream) and the main course will be Pedro Ximenez cheeks with mashed potatoes. Close this experience with a very famous sweet among Spaniards, Fluffy Jijona nougat cake. * Drinks included *Free cancellation (48 hours before)

Pork cheeks

Iberian pork cheeks with Pedro Ximénez sauce accompanied by mashed potatoes with Soria truffle.

Dessert

Nougat fluffy

Jijona nougat mousse

It is a way of eating the classic Spanish nougat, very typical at Christmas, in a different way.
