Rosalía

My name is Rosalía, and I grew up in a natural paradise alongside a great woman and cook: my mother, who instilled in me her love for nature and cooking. With her, I learned to knead bread, make cheeses, and all those things that women used to do in the past. One of my passions is being outdoors and enjoying the sun, although my main passion is my family, and I cherish every moment I can spend with my daughters.

A paradise of tranquility in Coto de la Buena Madre, our family home has been carefully restored using traditional methods. It’s the first rural house in Europe awarded for Natura 2000 sustainability. I consider myself privileged to live and work in the Somiedo Park, one of the most wonderful natural parks in the world. A paradise of tranquility located in the Coto de la Buena Madre. My home has always been the home of my family, where I grew up. I reconstructed this house following the same guidelines that my grandfather did in his day.

Enjoy an Asturian dining experience in a rustic house in Somiedo Natural Park. Savor milhoja de chosco, vegetable pâtés, and dessert, with cider sangria. Dine by the fireplace or outdoors in nature. Welcome to my home surrounded by the most beautiful and wild nature, I welcome you to what has been my family's house for several generations. Here, everything is beauty and tranquility, and I invite you to relax by the fireplace in winter or surrounded by greenery under the beautiful Asturian sun. For the menu, I have prepared some of the most indigenous dishes of the region with one hundred percent natural ingredients. We will start with a variety of mushroom patés, Cabrales cheese, and leek. Vegetables from my own garden will make up the appetizer. For the main course, a very Asturian recipe, "Milhoja de chosco". We will conclude the experience with an assortment of desserts: homemade custard and a seasonal fruit salad. * Drink included
