As a lover of Spanish cuisine and gastronomy, I have prepared a menu with the traditional flavours. I invite you to take a dip in my pool and watch the sunset, before immersing yourself in this unique experience. Start with a pistachio Ajoverde toast with anchovies in vinegar from the Mediterranean Sea and a refreshing tropical salad. The main course will be pork cheeks in almond sauce. Dessert will be a homemade chocolate sponge cake, family recipe.
